Out of Network Coverage

I provide out of network coverage for individual clients insured by some insurance companies including Aetna, Blue Care Network, Cigna, Cofinity, HAP, Health Plus, Humana, Magellan, MHN, Priority Health, Total Health Care, Tricare, United, UBH / UHC, Value Options on an out-of-network basis.

My license, training, and education will allow you to be qualified for out-of-network reimbursement from these insurance plans if you meet the diagnostic criteria and this is part of your individual policy. To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, the first thing you should do is call them.

Payment

You have the option of making payment by credit card, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health savings Account (HSA) or debit card at the end of each session. If you are utilizing out of network benefits, I can provide an invoice at the end of each month which you can submit to your health insurance company.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please contact us as soon as possible during normal business hours. All appointments canceled less than 48 hours from the scheduled appointment time will be billed at the full office visit fee. Monday appointments must be canceled on the Friday before 12 noon prior to your appointment, excluding medical emergencies.
